Miho Nakayama is a Japanese singer, actress, and model. She became famous for her leading dual roles of Hiroko Watanabe and Itsuki Fujii in the film Love Letter (1995), which earned her Best Actress award at the 38th Blue Ribbon Awards, the 17th Yokohama Film Festival and the 18th Hochi Film Awards. In addition, she had received a nomination for Best Actress Japanese Academy Award for her appearance in Tokyo biyori in 1998.
She debuted in acting career since 1985. She made her leading appearance in a Famicom Disk System dating sim titled Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki High School.
In 2002, she got married to Hitonari Tsuji with a child but ended in divorce in 2014.
