Maja Ross Andres Salvador, commonly known as Maja Salvador, is a Filipina actress, dancer, model, and producer. She is currently a part of ABS-CBN's Star Magic and widely regarded as Dance Princess of the Philippines. In 2011, the title role in the film Thelma brought her the Gawad Urian Award and the Film Academy of the Philippines Award for best actress.
Her acting career started in 2003 with a supporting role in the TV series It Might Be You, which served as a momentum to launch her to later success. In 2014, she officially made her debut as a singer by signed a recording contract with Ivory Music & Video and releasing the first album called Dahan Dahan, which was eventually certified gold for selling over 7,500 copies nationwide and gained her a Gold Record Award.
