Christopher Brian "Chris" Bridges, better known by his stage name Ludacris, is an American rapper, entrepreneur and actor, who is one of the first and most influential Dirty South artists to achieve mainstream success during the early 2000s, and also, co-founder of Disturbing tha Peace, an imprint distributed by Def Jam Recordings. During his career, he has produced a range of hit albums Back for the First Time (2000) Word of Mouf (2001), Chicken-n-Beer (2003), The Red Light District (2004), Release Therapy (2006), Theater of the Mind (2008), especially Battle of the Sexes (2010).
As an actor, he has appeared in many fovorite films:Crash (2004), Gamer (2009), and New Year's Eve (2011) with noble awards including Screen Actors Guild, Critic's Choice, MTV, andGrammy Award awards. However, he did not become a top star until playing as Tej Parker in the The Fast and the Furious film series.
Born in Champaign, Illinois, Ludacris moved to Atlanta, Georgia at age nine, where he began rapping. In 1998 , he attended the music management course at Georgia State University and released his first album Incognegro in 1999.
In Costa Rica on December 26, 2014, Ludacris became engaged to Eudoxie Mbouguiengue and married later the same day, which is a happy ending for a 5-year relationship.It was later revealed that Eudoxie was a few months pregnant with Ludacris's 4th child on March 1, 2015. In early June 2015, Eudoxie announced that the couple welcomed a baby girl.
