Johnny Depp, or Mr. Stench, is regarded as a versatile Hollywood legend, who reached the Golden Globe Award and Screen Actor Guild Award for Best Actor. He owns the diverse-but-unique acting ability that took him to the honourable name as a Master of Disguise. Johnny landed his first film in 1984 with the role as a boyfriend of the lead character, Nancy in A Nightmare on Elm Street. Since then Depp's movie makeovers have made such great success and inspiration with each character he took on, notably as starred character in Edward Scissorhands in 1990, Willy Wonka in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in 2005, and Captain Jack Sparrow in fantastic hit series Pirates of the Caribbean from 2006.
Johnny first discovered a love of music at the age of 12 when he received a guitar as a gift from his mother. He was already in the music band named The Kids at his thirteen. Chasing the dream of a famous rock star, he left the high school and moved to Los Angeles where he was a member of Six Gun Method, later broke before getting label. He did, however, get signed to the band Rock City Angels.
Depp met up and got married to makeup artist Lori Allison on December 20, 1983. Even though this marriage wasn't last longer when the couple spitted up in 1985, Lori has given Depp a precious chance that she introduced him to Nicolas Cage, who saw his star potential and give it a shot to the light of his movie career. The actor had a long-term relationship with French singer Vanessa Paradis from 1988 until 2012, and they have two children. Lately in 2015, he married his second wife, actress Amber Heard.
