South Korean actor Kim Dong-wook is famous for starring in such popular films as Three Summer Nights, The Concubine and Finding Mr. Destiny. He debuted in 2001, but it was not until 2007 that he rose to fame after featuring the famous television series Coffee Prince. Throughout his career, Kim Dong-wook has won serveral awards and nominations, most notably, a Popularity Award (2007) and a Best New Actor Award (2009)
Kim Dong-wook graduated from Korea National University of Arts with a degree of School of Drama. At the age of 18, he first made his public appearance by featuring in Monitor, but did not gain much attention. He continued starring in the 2003 films Tube, Seoul and especially My Wife Is A Gangster. Besides his film roles, he also appeared in somw mucis videos. In 2004, he appeared in Sogyumo Acacia Band's video tittled So Goodbye.
