Marie Rachel Salman Taleon, commonly known as Dawn Zulueta, is a Filipino actress, host and commercial model. She is the only person in Philippine movie history to ever win both the Filipino Academy of Movies Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) awards for Best Lead Actress (Hihintayin Kita sa Langit) and Best Supporting Actress (Una Kang Naging Akin) in 1991. She is also famous for acting roles in The Maggie Dela Riva Story...God Why Me (1994), Maalaala Mo Kaya: Tsinelas (2009), Walang Hanggan (2012), Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin (2014), etc.
Dawn Zulueta was born to Jose Fazil Taleon and Maria Cleofe on March 4, 1969. She studied at the Assumption College for elementary education, and Colegio de Santa Rosa for high school. She first rose to prominence a model for a toothpaste commercial, immediately catching the attention of the public. She then guested on various television shows as a singer and dancer. In 1985, she started career as an actress with a minor role in Nakagapos na Puso.
She married Anton Lagdameo, a businessman from Davao, in Dec 27, 1997 in New York. The couple has 2 children named Ayisha Madlen Lagdameo, Jacobo Antonio Lagdameo.
