Being the leader of Conservative Party since 2005 and the member of Parliament for Witney since 2001, British politician David Cameron became the youngest Prime Minister of the United Kingdom for nearly 200 years when leading a Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government since May 2010 aged 43.
After graduating from Oxford University with a first class degree in politics, philosophy and economics, he worked for the Conservative Party Research Department and held several positions on the Opposition Front Bench in Parliament. He was also involved in the influential House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee from 2001 to 2003.
