Brian Tee is an Asian American actor, best known for his starring role as D.K., the Drift King, in Universal Pictures' The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006), directed by Justin Lin. He also made his appearance in the survival thriller Deadland (2009), through which he became the nominee for Best Actor at the 2009 Action On Film Festival and Best Supporting Actor at the 2009 Maverick Movie Awards.
He entered at Glen A. Wilson High School where he was Associated Student Body president and captain of the football team. After that he graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Theater/Performance Arts. In addition, he is also fluent in Korean, Japanese, and English. His acting career began in 2000 when he appeared in several series such as The Pretender (1996), Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997) and Family Law (1999).
He got married to Mirelly Taylor.
