Ko/Go Ah-sung is a young South Korean actress who shot to fame with 2006 top-grossing blockbuster The Host. She also starred in the TV drama Master of Study (2010), the films Snowpiercer (2013) and Thread of Lies (2014). Go won Best New Actress in the 27th Blue Dragon Film Awards (2006), Best Performers Award in the 9th Director's Cut Awards (2006) and many other awards.

Before fame
Go Ah-sung was four years old when she appeared in her first commercial, and began her acting career in the KBS children's program Oolla Boolla Blue-jjang (2004). Go graduated from Sungkyunkwan with a dgree in Psychology.
